Nova is beyond doubt one of the absolute best black males ever produced in the United States and we're proud to offer a breeding to this elite colored male as part of the Herdsire Services. Nova has truly brought the world of the black alpaca into the realm of the whites and lights. He earned the prestigious Herdsire of the Year at the 2005 All American Futurity, beating out all the lighter males. Not only does Nova create dark alpacas of unparalleled quality, his fawns, greys, and browns are equally stunning and valuable. Many of Novaýs offspring have walked away from large shows with championships and heýs proven over and over that he can pass his strong characteristics on to his progeny. Every herd needs at least one Nova offspring!
Nova's density and fineness are exceptional. His histogram at age 2 was 16.5 2.9 17.6 0.6. At age 4 it was 21.9 4.4 20.2 4.1 and at age FIVE it was an impressive 23.0 4.9 21.0 6.3!
